Hivos wants people to have a voice. This also implies for our websites. Therefore comments (tips, blogs annoyances or questions) are most welcome. However, anyone who responds is responsible for his / her own reactions.

To keep the discussions on the Hivos websites constructive - and to protect people from personal insults, threats, etc - Hivos always has the right to remove a comment.
 
These are our rules for posting a blog / comment / tip / annoyance on the website:
- Always respect the opinion of others;
- No abusive, threatening, discriminatory or offensive speech;
- Do not promote products, events, artists or organizations;
- No links to other websites for commercial purposes;
- No text - longer than 500 characters - copying and pasting from other websites
- No paste html
- No screaming with capital letters;
- No "off topic" comments, start a new discussion or stay with the subject
Removing comments is the responsibility of the editorial board of Hivos. Click on "this is not ok ' to warn the editors about a reactions that don’t pass the rules above.
The editorial board will take action as soon as possible.

Hivos reserves the right to:
- At all times, close the reaction feature (even when reactions have already been posted);
- Block or impose an IP ban for an individual visitor (whether or not after a warning)
