Rebecca MacKinnon is a Bernard L. Schwartz Senior Fellow at the New America Foundation in Washington, DC. Her book, Consent of the Networked: The Worldwide Struggle for Internet Freedom, will be published in January 2012.
At the Coady Institute in Nova Scotia, Canada, Alison Mathie is the Manager of Research and Publications and on the teaching faculty. She also teaches in the Development Studies program at St. Francis Xavier University.
Shita Laksmi received a master degree fellowship from Konrad Adenauer Centre for Journalism in 2005 and after she graduated she was joining Hivos as the Program Officer.
