Dutch development cooperation is in need of a fundamental rethink, argues the Dutch Scientic Council for Government Policy (WRR) in the recent report ‘Less pretension, more ambition’ . But in which way? The Kosmopolis Institute of the University for Humanistics (UvH) and Hivos have invited the author of the report, Peter van Lieshout to engage in a discussion with Allert van den Ham, Director Programmes and Projects of Hivos and Harry Kunneman, philosopher at the University for Humanistics.
